This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made through Hey Teacher and its associated domains, applications, and SDKs, which are jointly operated by:
R-ZAC Sdn. Bhd. (199801000364 (456490-W))
RZAC Development Sdn. Bhd. (202401036975 (1582822-P))
(Collectively referred to as the RZAC Group, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By subscribing to or purchasing any Hey Teacher services, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms of Service.
Hey Teacher provides digital learning content, online platform access, and educational tools.
Once payment is made and access is granted, the subscription or digital content is considered delivered and consumed.
As such, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under the limited circumstances outlined in this Policy.
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Monthly or annual subscriptions after activation.
Access to digital courses, materials, or SDK integrations once login or activation occurs.
Promotional or discounted plans.
Renewal payments processed automatically prior to cancellation.
Access provided through institutional or school packages managed under RZAC Development SDK licensing.
Refunds may only be granted under the following specific situations:
If a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to system or payment error.
If you are unable to access the purchased service due to a verified technical issue on our end that remains unresolved beyond 7 working days.
If a payment is made without the account owner’s authorization (subject to investigation and confirmation by the payment gateway and RZAC’s compliance team).
To request a refund, please email admin@rzac.my within 7 days of the transaction date, and include:
Full name and registered email address
Order or transaction ID
Payment method and proof of payment
Detailed explanation of the issue
Our support team will review and respond within 5–10 working days.
Refund approval is subject to investigation and verification by the RZAC Group.
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (typically within 7–14 working days after approval).
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by managing their account settings or contacting support.
Cancellation will stop future billings, but no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
For schools or institutional clients under RZAC Development SDK licensing:
All payments follow the terms of the signed institutional agreement.
No refunds will be issued once access credentials or activation keys are provided.
Adjustments, credits, or replacements (if any) are handled contractually via the institution’s administrator.
Trial periods, if provided, are offered for evaluation purposes.
Once converted to a paid subscription, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Promotional or campaign-based discounts cannot be exchanged, refunded, or extended.
Temporary downtime due to upgrades, maintenance, or updates does not qualify for refunds.
We will provide prior notice whenever possible.
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by submitting a written request to admin@rzac.my within 7 days of our response.
All refund-related decisions by the RZAC Group are final and binding after review.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
