Welcome to Hey Teacher (“Hey Teacher”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hey Teacher websites, mobile applications, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), which are jointly operated by:

RZAC Development Sdn. Bhd. (202401036975 (1582822-P))
Depending on the product or platform (for example, SDK licensing, school subscriptions, or public learning access), the contractual entity may be either R-ZAC Sdn. Bhd. or RZAC Development Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the RZAC Group).
By using Hey Teacher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
Hey Teacher provides digital education and learning tools designed for students, parents, teachers, and schools. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
Online learning modules aligned with the Malaysian KSSR & KSSM curriculum.
Interactive dashboards for self-learning and school-based learning.
Digital libraries, quizzes, and content storage.
Integration with school management systems (via SDK).
Access to premium content or features via subscription.
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
You agree to:
Maintain only one active account per individual or institution.
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
Notify us immediately at admin@rzac.my if you suspect unauthorized access.
Hey Teacher is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
By using Hey Teacher, you confirm that you are:
At least 18 years old; or
Under 18 years old but have obtained consent from a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.
Some features or content within Hey Teacher may require paid subscriptions.
By subscribing, you agree to:
Provide accurate payment details through our secure payment gateway managed by R-ZAC Sdn. Bhd.
Authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Ensure all payments are made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or as specified.
Access to paid Services will be suspended for non-payment or chargebacks.
Full refund and cancellation details are governed by the Refund Policy (to be published separately).
All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, videos, and trademarks available through the Services, are the property of R-ZAC Sdn. Bhd., RZAC Development Sdn. Bhd., or their respective licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or educational purposes only.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
Use our materials for commercial purposes without authorization.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.
You agree not to:
Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Use automated scripts or bots without written approval.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
For accounts managed by schools or educational institutions:
The school acts as an authorized data administrator for student and teacher accounts.
The school is responsible for ensuring that consent from parents or guardians is obtained for students under 18.
RZAC Group acts as the technology and data processor under PDPA-compliant terms.
Separate institutional agreements may apply to SDK or school system integrations.
If you access Hey Teacher through SDK or API integrations (managed by RZAC Development Sdn. Bhd.):
Usage is governed by additional licensing terms.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, or modify the SDK without written approval.
All API data access must comply with our Privacy Policy and PDPA regulations.
Our Services may integrate or link to third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, TikTok, Facebook).
We are not responsible for any third-party actions, policies, or data practices.
Users are encouraged to review the privacy terms of any third-party service they interact with.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the RZAC Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any loss of data, income, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use our Services.
Errors, interruptions, or delays in system performance.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific Service in question.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Fraud, misuse, or security concerns are detected.
Required by legal or regulatory obligations.
Upon termination, all licenses and access rights will immediately cease.

By using Hey Teacher, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your data as described therein.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Courts of Malaysia.
